Nothing has changed
I gained .5 lbs from last week.
My main success this last week was cutting WAY back on the snacks. Unfortunately, I ate quite a lot of fast food at meal times.
Pretty much the only exercise I had for the week involved dancing and jumping around like a maniac while screaming my lungs out on Saturday night. Oh, and I went on a field trip with my class on Wednesday, so I got some walking in then.
I am still struggling with taking the whole diet thing seriously. I really want to, but I just get so distracted with everything else going on, that I forget to think about it. Is anyone else struggling with this?
