Looking fine by 2009 week ?



As usual I'm in a hurry to get ready for work, but I wanted to get this post done first.

I appear to have lost another pound this week. I wish I could say that it's from working really hard at it, but I think it's mostly because I didn't feel very well all week. Oh well, I'll take it.

I have been eating much better over the last few weeks...at least I haven't been snacking a lot. Still need to work on that whole water drinking thing, and getting some exercise. My New Kids obsession has me dancing around a lot at least. The second concert is this Friday- so I know I'll be getting some exercise then!

My goal for this week is to just keep doing what I'm doing, plus try to drink more water, and go for at least 1 good walk.
