Doing something right
Gotta make this quick today because I need to finish getting ready for work, but...
I must be doing something right because when I stepped on the scale it said that I have lost 10.5 lbs since week 1!
Now, my weight can fluctuate like 5 whole lbs in one day and I just finished my period, so I do take this with a grain of salt. However, after taking all of that into account, I am positive that I can say that I have lost some weight for sure.
Looks like I'm on the right track.
1. Cut it out with the soda and get back to water (my biggest struggle this last week)
2. Use the extra time from getting out of work early this week to exercise and clean, not just blog, stalk Joe Mac, and watch tv.
3. Cook actual meals this week.
and now I have to run!
