Looking fine by 2009 Week 1
The original purpose of this blog was to help keep me motivated to get into better shape.
That lasted roughly 2 weeks.
However, now my dear friend Jen at Daily Mish Mash has this great little thing going on. She's got a group of like-minded people together to help keep each other motivated to stay strong in our epic battle with the bulge.
So I'm going to once more make the attempt to whip myself into shape.
I have the flu at the moment, so I'm not up to too much today. I promise to return later this week with a before picture and more details of just how I plan to fight this battle.

Oh, I almost forgot...Jen wanted to know-
What is your favorite type of exercise? How often do you workout? How do you find the time and motivation to keep up with it?
My favorite type of exercise? That's tough because I can't stand exercise in general. I enjoy water aerobics and walking at least a little though. Stationary bikes seem to work ok for me as well.
How often do I workout? Um...about once every 6 months maybe? Especially now that I no longer have a gym membership.
How do you find the time and motivation to keep up with it? I was hoping someone else could tell me that.
