The other day Ciara and I got home from school in the early afternoon. When we went to take Ginger outside we discovered that several of the neighborhood children were out playing.
Ciara tends to be quite shy around children that she doesn't know very well. Fortunately in this case she had Ginger to lend her a paw.
The following series of pictures really illustrates perfectly how it all went down.

I nearly didn't comment when I saw I'd been removed from the blog roll. Just kidding!
Loving your new look honey. Very lovely indeed.
Such a beautifully captured experience. Looks like she ended up having a great time.
Great Pictures! I wanted to drop by and let you know that I left you an invite to my dinner party, stop by anytime you like.
I love the photographs. That first picture really tells a great story. Beautiful blog.
Thanks for the good wishes. God is good, we are thankful- even for the surprises. Although, this is our third "surprise child," so we weren't too shocked. Thanks for coming by.
Very cute! Kendra has made a few new friends in the neighborhood as well, and she's always on the lookout for her "chidren friends"!
Aw! Dogs are great like that!!
I love the first picture. It's almost like the kids are waiting for each other to make the first move. Too sweet!

Love the new look too!
Hey your photos are looking great and the new look to your blog is HOT :)
Glad she made some new friends. I love how easily they get along at this age. If only it stayed that way for them. Life would be soooo much easier.
My daughter's a little shy at first, so I totally understand how awesome it was to see Ciara meeting new friends! Maybe I should get my daughter a dog, lol. She's been asking for one...
